K+ Rubber and Plastics Exhibition brings together the rubber and plastics industry, which has reached a size of approximately 150 billion dollars throughout the world. Informing about gathering more than 300 brands from 30 industries on the 20 thousand square meter area, CNR Holding Chief Marketing Officer Mert Kaan Duman states, “We bring together manufacturers, suppliers, importers, and exporters operating in automotive, plastics, rubber, chemistry, machinery, construction, textiles, electric, and electronics at K+ Rubber and Plastics Exhibition. Highlighting that the Turkish rubber industry will grow much further with joined forces, IKMIB (Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters’ Association) Vice President Özcan Doğu Kaya expresses that the industry with exports of 3.2 billion dollars has grown 38 percent. Kaya adds, “It represents a remarkable number. I strongly believe that the number of exhibitors will increase further in the next edition. We are conducting significant works about it, which we will share with the whole industry very soon”.

Expressing her pride in the exhibition, which has achieved a significant size since 2004, the Rubber Association President Fahriye Yüksel announces, “Even though the raw material prices have increased considerably in the pandemic era, we have reached a continuous rise in our growth momentum. Moreover, we make a contribution to the Turkish rubber and plastics industry with an educational institution in order to provide skilled labor. The educated young will bring our industry to the next level”.
